Lift Slowly Earn Faster

How you lift the weight is important as how much weight you lift.

At the bottom, you can find some example exercises comply with this rule.

Standing incline dumbbell curls

Sit on a bench which  45 degrees inclined. While doing the classic curl movement pause elbows for three seconds until it becomes parallel to the ground. At the peak once again hesitated, then paused once more at the lowest point of the movement, complete movement.

Back of the neck dumbbell triceps extension


Sit on a table and one end of a dumbbell over your head and hold it with both hands by. Without moving your upper arms portion of the dumbbell behind your head take over a period of three seconds, then return to starting position.


High-pulley cable curl


Center in the middle of a cable crossover station. For the upper part of your arm, holding the wrist curl movement structure until temples. And a three-second pause for a second time since the open arms.
 

Standing narrow grip barbell bench press


 While the classic narrow grip bench press will wait a second, this time at three points. When you first download the barbell to your chest, while lifting the second at the mid point, just before finally reaching the top spot.
